1. Tone the breasts' cutaneous envelope:

Say "X" out loud at least 20 times a day, ensuring that you widen your mouth well! Your neck should stretch and tense, lifting the tips of your breast every time you smile (try it in front of a mirror).

2. Tone up your pectoral muscles:

Hold your hands together under your chin. Clap your palms whilst keeping your fingers together. Repeat 10 to 20 times, breathing deeply.
