A Smoothie is a blend of mixed fruits and vegetables, which uses liquid and cold. Composed of natural and fresh, it can keep the benefits. However, there is still less healthy than fresh fruit, since destroyed by mixing a small amount of vitamins and fiber.

Because a good cocktail of vitamins is important at this time of year, here's a smoothie recipe based salad Romaine, Granny apple and ginger.
So you need: 1 green apple Granny type (heart removed), the flesh of a pink grapefruit, 6 large romaine lettuce leaves, half a banana, a little fresh ginger and about 250 ml of water (you can add a little if the mixture does not seem quite liquid).
You can also decorate this recipe in a glass of soy milk, a protein intake.
