Creating the winery Die

Under the leadership of Henri Bonnet, 266 Diois winemakers decided to form the Cooperative Die to promote, through their union, the development of their production. It is the founding act which gives rise to the structure now owner of the signature Jaillance.

	BRUT Color: Brilliant, pale yellow with hints of gray, fine bubbles and pretty persistent cord. Nose: Aniseed, very floral (broom, honeysuckle) with a lightness after notes of fresh ginger. Palate: True to the nose, a nice minerality highlights this nicely decorated with a nice balance greedy brioche, persistent palate, this wine finishes elegantly. Alcohol: 12%

	DOUX Tradition Color: Brilliant, pale gold, fine bubbles. Nose: quince paste, fresh herbs, exotic fruit notes (mango). Mouth: creamy foam, balanced palate combines lightness and complexity, lingering aroma with notes of lime or verbena. Low alcohol : 7%

	BRUT Bio Colour: Pale yellow with green reflections Nose: Fruity evokes aromas of white flowers wild. Taste: A good sized fruit with delicate notes of September and wildflowers fill the mouth. The finish is fresh. This wine is excellent as an aperitif, during a meal with a white meat. Low alcohol : 11%
