Champagne Leclerc Briant respects the tradition of art and wine wine, knowing innovate and position themselves in niches of the future. The company cultivates 30 hectares of vineyards spread over 6 villages situated between the Montagne de Reims and the Marne Valley and the famous wines: Cumières, Damery, Dizy, Epernay, and Hautvillers Verneuil.
To ensure quality wines, respecting the traditions and the environment, the house is undergoing restructuring for several years, towards a culture based on organic products for the amendment and the protection of the vineyard: the bio-dynamic (plowing systematic, no chemical weed control, rational treatment with sulfur and Bordeaux mixture, dates of intervention selected for the position of the planets).

Black 70% Pinot and 30% Chardonnay
Her dress is a beautiful gold with green tints. The wine is clear and bright. The excitement keeps a pretty tumultuous string of fine bubbles.
His face is round with aromas of honey and sweets. After aeration, the aromas of yellow fruit in syrup are revealed.
In the mouth, the sensation is very mild carbon. Aromas of stone fruits and a touch of yellow grapefruit with a slight bitterness noble end.
The oldest vintage of the house. Both champagne aperitif and dinner.

With the experience of our cellar master, we found that some plots provide "clear wines" whose quality is superior to that of other parcels of the area. On the 6 land where the vineyard is divided, Pascal Leclerc Briant has selected "The Crayères", "Stony The Goat" on the soil of Cumières, "La Croisette" on the soil of Epernay and "Ravinne" on Verneuil.
Vintage LA RAVINNE
100% Pinot Meunier
Serving a fine effervescence develops a thin bead of foam evanescent. The dress is yellow old gold and clarity is perfect.
The nose is honest, elegant and expressive. It reveals aromas and citrus fruit (mango, peach, orange) and a touch of dried fruit (fig). This is followed by notes of dried flowers and sweet spices.
The maturity is represented by aromas of wax and appearance brioche.
In mouth is round and powerful. The mix gives this generosity. The finish is long and persistent.
40% Pinot Black, 40% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Meunier
Her dress is yellow gold with some green highlights. The luster is bright. The foam collar is broad and persistent.
Her nose is fine, floral and yet discreet. Aromas of rose and hawthorn grow and an intense lemon notes. Brewing reveals white fruit. The complexity is confirmed by a hint of toast and hints of oak and green pepper.
Her mouth is soft and structured. A balanced mix gives it a long finish and refreshing.
Ideal location, mid-coast area protected from the prevailing wind by a shoulder. This wine is ready to drink now. Cumières is always the first village to harvest. The "Stony Goats" is the earliest piece of the village, this locality has the best mature Champagne, which explains the fruity and long finish the wine it produces.
Vintage THE CRAYERES
38% Pinot Black, 37% Pinot Meunier and 25% Chardonnay
Her dress is light golden straw yellow tints. The foam is abundant in service with good effervescence of bubbles and very fine. The cord is evanescent. The wine is clear.
The first nose is typical of mineral origin of the wine. After aeration, the aromas of yellow flowers and a hint of spice are revealed.
The palate confirms the mineral aspect of wine. The tactile nature of the bubble is very pleasant with good balance and a fresh finish and generous.

Black 50% Pinot and 50% Chardonnay
Her dress is a beautiful old gold color. The wine is clear. The boom is good with fine sparkling bead.
His nose is fresh with aromas of white flowers. A ventilation proves a fruity sweet yellow fruits (apricot - Mirabelle) and the final is characterized by aromas of dried fruits.
Her mouth is intense and slightly tart. Aromas of citrus (grapefruit - lemon) give a nice freshness to the finish.
